What does it really look like to have a marketing partner that not only understands your business, but actively helps you grow it, scale it, and reclaim your time?
At Good Life, marketing is not a one-size-fits-all service or a checklist of deliverables. It is a collaborative, strategic partnership designed to help advisors build meaningful connections, grow sustainable businesses, and live their version of the Good Life. Behind every strategy is a dynamic team of marketing professionals working together to turn each advisor’s vision into reality.
Turning Vision Into Strategy
When advisors partner with Good Life’s marketing team, they gain a dedicated virtual partner that functions as an extension of their firm. Advisors work directly with the team in both a consulting and ongoing execution capacity, ensuring they receive the level of support that fits their unique needs. Our team develops and executes strategies designed to drive growth without requiring advisors to manage every detail themselves.
Every strategy is grounded in 3 core principles: building a strong brand, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sustainable growth. The advisors bring insight into their expertise and relationships, and our team translates that into a compelling, targeted presence in the marketplace.
Our approach is intentionally personal, never cookie-cutter, and rooted in true partnership. While guided by core principles, every advisor serves a different audience and has different goals, and each strategy is built to reflect that individuality.
At its core, marketing at Good Life begins with understanding the advisor and their firm. We start by identifying goals, audience, and what matters most to the people they serve. From there, tailored strategies are developed to address the questions, challenges, and interests of their ideal clients.
Through our partnership, advisors are able to reclaim time and prioritize serving their clients, while our team manages strategy, content development, and execution.
The People Behind the Partnership
What truly sets Good Life apart is the team that brings these strategies to life.
The Marketing Team is led by the Senior Director of Marketing, Chris Maier, who supports advisor independence in 3 core ways: driving recruiting efforts, building advisor brands during onboarding, and promoting ongoing growth and client engagement after launch.
Chris is supported by a highly experienced team with more than 30 years of combined expertise in financial services marketing. Each individual plays a distinct and essential role:
- Becky Nye guides Advisor Onboarding, ensuring each firm launches with a strong and professional brand foundation.
- Kayla Rentschler oversees Subscriber Services, providing ongoing support that keeps marketing efforts consistent and effective.
- Britt Faye leads Prime Partners and Marketing Product Development, helping expand the tools and solutions available to advisors.
- Tatiana Perez manages Corporate Marketing and PR initiatives, strengthening the broader Good Life brand and visibility.
Together, this team delivers a comprehensive onboarding experience that includes custom websites, business cards, stationery, and social media setup, representing significant value and creating immediate momentum for new Good Life advisors.
Unlike many competitors, this support is built in-house rather than outsourced. This enables closer collaboration, greater consistency, and customized solutions tailored specifically to financial advisors. The team also continues to innovate, developing internal offerings such as SEO and AEO strategies designed for advisor growth.
“Seeing our advisors’ stories and personalities come to life is so rewarding. The level of appreciation and collaboration we receive from our advisors is a big part of what makes marketing for them so worthwhile.” -Chris Maier
Real Results: From Hidden to Thriving
The true impact of this partnership is best seen in real advisor outcomes.
One advisor began his career at Oppenheimer and RBC, working within the structure of traditional wirehouses. After transitioning to independence, he gained the freedom to tailor strategies to his clients and ultimately removed key limitations.
With Good Life’s support, his business transformed and over 6 years, it grew more than fivefold. Marketing played a major role in that success, helping him evolve from being virtually unknown to building a strong online presence and recognizable brand.
Beyond marketing, the advisor benefited from a Good Life’s full support structure. With the right tools, technology, and team in place, this advisor was able focus on what he enjoys most: serving clients, being present for his family and playing an active role in his community.
Your Path to the Good Life
If you are considering independence, the question is not whether you can do it alone, it is how far you could go with the right team beside you!
