Wyomissing, PA – December 21, 2016: The Good Life Companies were named winners of the 2016 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation by the National Association of Business Resources (NABR).
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® award has been recognizing companies nationally for six years. The 2016 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business.
Of the 1700 applicants, 346 were recognized as 2016 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation.

The companies that have been selected to be recognized nationally as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For® will be featured in the January 12th online edition of Corp! Magazine. The winning companies will also receive additional recognition as a national winner at a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For awards symposium and gala at a location of their choosing in several U.S. cities.

They will make a one-minute video to share on Twitter and Facebook using the hashtag “#101BB.” The Best and Brightest team will vote on the contest entries that are submitted. The winners will receive recognition on Best and Brightest website and social media, one complimentary ticket to a 2017 Best and Brightest Regional Event, and discounted analysis fee for the 2017 national program.
