Wyomissing, PA – December 21, 2016: The Good Life Companies were named winners of the 2016 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation by the National Association of Business Resources (NABR).

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® award has been recognizing companies nationally for six years. The 2016 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business.

Of the 1700 applicants, 346 were recognized as 2016 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation.

The winning companies will also receive additional recognition as a national winner at a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For awards symposium and gala at a location of their choosing in several U.S. cities.

The winners will receive recognition on Best and Brightest website and social media, one complimentary ticket to a 2017 Best and Brightest Regional Event, and discounted analysis fee for the 2017 national program.
