ORLANDO, FL – February 25, 2026 – Good Life Companies, a leading registered investment advisor (RIA) platform supporting independent financial advisors nationwide, announced today that Nicholas Alberino has joined the firm as Head of Human Resources & Corporate Initiatives. Alberino joins the executive leadership team and reports directly to CEO Conor Delaney. In this newly elevated role, he will shape the company’s long‑term people strategy, strengthen organizational capabilities, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives that support Good Life’s growth and advisor‑first mission.

Alberino joins Good Life from LPL Financial, where he served as Vice President, HR Business Partner. At LPL, he supported several of the firm’s most critical business units including Wealth Management, Product Management, and Business Strategy & Innovation, advising senior leaders and guiding organizational strategy. He led initiatives spanning executive talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, and performance management. Alberino also built enterprise frameworks for workforce planning and restructuring and developed a talent strategy playbook adopted across LPL’s HR organization.

Before LPL, Alberino held HR leadership roles at Red Ventures and Johnson & Johnson, where he managed teams, designed global incentive programs, and supported large-scale organizational transformations. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he brings a disciplined, mission‑driven approach to leadership along with deep experience navigating complex, fast‑growing organizations. Alberino holds an MBA from NC State University and a BS in Human Resources from Rutgers University.
